Stay Hydrated

Water is extremely important for keeping your body healthy. We can live 3 weeks without food, but only 3 days without water. Our bodies are normally about 60% water. When the body gets adequate water, it can properly cleanse itself. Every cell in your body consumes food from your blood stream and gives off waste. When your urine is dark in colour, it means that you are not getting sufficient water to cleanse the wastes from your system. It also means when your urine is clear, you are getting enough water. What are the other dehydration symptoms? It is obviously thirst, but also dizziness, headache, tiredness, dry skin and constipation.
